Thanks so much everyone who came to our talkoo & hangout community day last Thursday! We had participants ranging from 22-82 years old from various villages in Pälkäne, over Valkeakoski and Tampere, all the way to Massachusetts and Pennsylvania! The day was perfect for work: dry but not too hot.
Our main event, clearing out an old container was finished before lunch, so after lunch we planted some hundred strawberries (thanks Ritva for bringing them!) and weeded the garlic beds to name a few. Coffee and cake was popular, and the sauna rounded up the day.
We got so much done! Thank you all participants and Ecolise/RCF programme and the EU for the support (factually sponsoring our lunch.
